One-Year Limited Guarantee
We back all of our products with a one-year limited
warranty (from date of purchase) against defects in workmanship and materials. "Defect" as
described in this warranty is defined as imperfections that impair the
utility of the product. The one-year limited warranty does not apply
to normal wear and tear effects of the furniture. In the event of
replacement, no assembly labor is included. If product purchased
fails in the one-year limited guarantee period we will cover replacement
or repair (depending whichever is more feasible and necessary at the time). It
will however be the customers responsibility to pay for all shipping charges.
30 Day Return Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us
and we do offer a return policy. However, we are in the business
of custom/handmade furniture. We want your business but we are not
a department store. Our pricing does not reflect the 100%-200% mark-up
some retailers charge that make for easy no questions asked returns.
If you believe that a return is you
only solution you will be responsible for shipping both way along with
a restocking fee of 25% of the Total Retail Price. In addition you
must report you choose to return the merchandise within 10 days from date
of receipt. After thoughtful consideration we have chosen this policy
rather than higher prices for our customers.
Upon your agreement of our return policy/charges
we will authorize the return of the merchandise. Barr Gallery will
issue shipping instructions which must be used with such returns. Goods
must be in "AS NEW" condition with no evidence of use or damage. We
expect that returned merchandise will be packed in the same manner it was
received by you. If upon inspection the returned product is freight
damaged because of careless packing on your part your refund may be delayed
or adjusted. The shipping charges both ways are non-refundable. |
